Earlier today, families who utilize our onsite afterschool programs (Options and Adventures) were contacted by each program leader informing them that, due to a construction issue in the community, our campus was without water. We were fortunate that it occurred when we only had a limited number of students on campus due to today’s short Wednesday schedule

I am writing now to our entire school community to give you an update on the situation. The city is working swiftly to resolve the water issues and we anticipate that everything will be restored soon and that school operations will resume as normal tomorrow.

Please help by taking 10-15 minutes to complete the parent portion of the California Healthy Kids survey. This anonymous survey is used to get community feedback, determine school goals, and decide how to spend certain funding. Your input is important!

Throughout the weekend, we have been in contact with authorities from the cities we serve, as well as the Los Angeles County Office of Education, and are expecting ALL SCHOOLS TO OPEN as scheduled on Monday.

All sites will be inspected early tomorrow morning and principals will notify families if there are any impacts to arrival routes or school entries. Make sure to leave early tomorrow morning to allow enough to school safely. A letter was sent via Blackboard-Connect to all families. CLICK ON THE HEADLINE to access the letter.

Granada ASB will be holding a fundraiser at Caine's on Monday, Dec. 11 from 11 am to 9pm. ASB supports school activities so please come out and support!

Join us at our Back to School Night event scheduled for August 30th! This is an opportunity to meet your child's teacher as they present this school year's goals and expectations.
Have dinner with your family, we will have a food truck beginning at 4:30 pm.
Class presentations will be as follow:
Session 1: 5:30 - 6:10 PM
Session 2: 6:20 - 7:00 PM
