The Asian Pacific Health Corps (APHC) at UCLA is sponsoring its Annual Community Health Fair at Langley Center on Saturday, October 24th from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at Langley Center, 400 W. Emerson Ave., Monterey Park.

Student volunteers from APHC will offer free preventative screenings for blood pressure and cholesterol, glucose tests, body mass index, hearing, sun damage and more! APHC has also invited other service providers to offer vision, bone density, diabetes, stroke, and chiropractic screenings.

Other community organizations will also provide valuable information and resources about health and community issues. Physicians will be on-site to provide direct counseling on personal health issues, and referrals if necessary.

The Monterey Park Community Health Fair is entirely FREE and open to EVERYONE (no insurance or proof of documentation is required). The event will be held outdoors. Masks are required.
