What is PBIS?

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based, tiered framework to support students' behavior, academics, social, emotional, and mental health. It's a way for a school to create a positive and equitable learning environment. (pbis.org)

At Granada, we encourage our students to be Respectful, Open-minded, Attentive, and Responsible. As a learning community we strive to R.O.A.R. every day! Both in class and out of class, students who are ROARing can receive ROAR tickets.  As students collect tickets they can either save them for school wide PBIS events such as dining al fresco (lunch picnic and games), craft workshops, lunch with the principal, or they can spend them at the ROAR store on small items.

We are always in need of donations to support our PBIS store and events!
